The revival of Serbia's civilian nuclear program represents a tectonic shift in the national strategy, driven by the need to solve the energy trilemma: ensuring supply security, increasing economic competitiveness, and radically reducing carbon dioxide emissions in accordance with the EU's Green Agenda.1 After a 35-year hiatus caused by the moratorium of 1989, Serbia is entering an active phase of building a national nuclear infrastructure, which creates an unprecedented window of opportunity not only for energy giants but also for high-tech companies in the IT, EdTech, and media sectors.4
