For addressing the task of restoring public trust (Public Acceptance, PA) in Serbia, the company NUCON d.o.o. (in synergy with CONSILIO B Consulting Bureau) has developed a comprehensive proposal that uses a unique combination of engineering "hard power" and strategic "soft power" to overcome a 35-year information and personnel vacuum.
This proposal is addressed to key governmental and academic stakeholders responsible for implementing Phase II of the IAEA program.
