The purpose of this guide is to define the scope and application of construction management and engineering-consulting services related to the construction of a Temporary Residential Camp (TRC).
For convenience, in this document these services are referred to as the Customer/Owner Engineer Services for the Temporary Residential Camp Management (TRC) (OESTRC).
